Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ProCraftr Resume Builder website, software, features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by ProCraftr Resume Builder LLC (“ProCraftr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

ProCraftr is a web-based resume-building platform designed to help users create, edit, format, and tailor resumes and cover letters for job applications. The Service may include tools that compare resume content with pasted job descriptions and identify relevant keywords, skills, matches, and gaps. At launch, these functions use rule-based logic and do not rely on artificial intelligence or external AI APIs.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts and Account Security

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or use.

User Content

You may submit resumes, cover letters, employment history, education, skills, professional qualifications, job descriptions, uploaded files, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of User Content. You grant ProCraftr the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display User Content to provide and operate the Service, maintain security, troubleshoot, comply with law, and perform functions you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit your User Content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes; submit content you do not have rights to use; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with Service security or operation; reverse engineer the Service except where prohibited by law; use automated access or scraping that circumvents restrictions; or resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly authorized.

Free and Paid Services

ProCraftr may offer free and paid functionality. Paid subscriptions are available on monthly and annual billing cycles. Features and limitations for each plan will be presented on the website or during purchase.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize applicable charges using your selected payment method. Subscriptions are offered monthly and annually and automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, renewal will be for the same billing period at the then-current applicable price. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription using the cancellation method made available through the Service or by contacting support@procraftrresumebuilder.com. Subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access to paid features through the end of your current paid billing period, after which the subscription will not renew. Nothing in this section limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Pricing and Changes to Paid Services

Current subscription prices are displayed on the Service at purchase. ProCraftr may change pricing, plans, features, or billing terms from time to time. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice of material changes to recurring charges or other material subscription terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and other materials provided by ProCraftr, is owned by or licensed to ProCraftr and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

User Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the Service, you grant ProCraftr the right to use and incorporate that feedback without compensation or obligation, provided that such use does not disclose your confidential personal information.

Resume and Employment Disclaimer

ProCraftr provides tools to assist users in preparing and tailoring resumes and cover letters. The Service does not guarantee employment, interviews, compensation, job offers, or any particular outcome. Users are responsible for reviewing application materials before submitting them. ProCraftr does not guarantee that keyword matches, recommendations, formatting, or other outputs are complete, accurate, or suitable for every job application.

Third-Party Services

The Service uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Resend for transactional email, Stripe for payment processing and subscriptions, and Vercel for hosting and deployment. Use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Service Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, subject to applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create security or legal risks, or where reasonably necessary to protect ProCraftr, its users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ProCraftr DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. ProCraftr does not warrant or guarantee any employment result.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ProCraftr AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ProCraftr DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) US $100. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProCraftr and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your User Content, misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute cannot be resolved informally, courts located in Virginia will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Service with a revised Effective Date. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Severability

If any provision is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and ProCraftr regarding use of the Service and supersede prior agreements concerning that subject matter, except where otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
